  6. VT is located in the eastern time zone in the US, GMT-5,  which is 7 hours behind Egypt, GMT-2, except during the daylight savings, DST, transition periods as both counties operate different DST timings.
  7. The daylight savings for the Eastern US zone starts at 2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March (forward Clock one hour) and ends at 2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November (Backward Clock one hour).
